Office Policies

At Family Dentistry of West Bloomfield, we strive to provide comprehensive dental treatment to our patients and their loved ones while maintaining a fun, friendly environment. Our Doctors and highly trained team of dental specialists will work hard to keep you and your family members in perfect dental health, and we have the knowledge and experience to make a trip to the dentist's office a positive experience for all involved.

Office Hours

We are open to help you during the following hours:

Monday-Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
One Saturday a month: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

After hours emergency treatment is available by an on-call doctor.


As your appointment time has been reserved just for you, we ask for 24-hours advance notice if you need to cancel. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances can prevent you from making an appointment, but after missing a second appointment without 24 hours notice you may be subject to an additional fee.


We do everything in our power to help you maximize your insurance benefits, but because policies vary, we can't tell you with exact precision what coverage you will get. We estimate your coverage and your patient portion in good faith. We ask that you pay your estimated patient portion at the time of service, but we'll allow your insurance company 45 days to render payment as a service to you. After 60 days, you are responsible for the full balance. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
